Lean Manufacturing Assessment
10-15 point evaluation on the organization on certain lean manufacturing principles. It is used to be a foundation and starter for improvements. It will act as a guide for recommendations in regard to 5S, data collection, waste reduction, standard work, and kaizen events allowing the company to begin with the right tools and techniques based on their processes and product lines.
Kaizen Assembly will evaluate individual processes, assembly lines, fabrication, and maintenance departments and provide recommendations on how the key lean tools should be applied in the beginning.
4-Hour Live Online Seminar
Kaizen Assembly will conduct a 4-hour online training seminar. This seminar will go over the findings in the lean manufacturing assessment in a more formalized approach and then conduct a 3-hour training course on lean manufacturing topics best suited for the company based on the 1-day visit, lean manufacturing assessment, and general observations.
Lean Manufacturing Training Manuals
Kaizen Assembly will provide the organization with the best selling 6-Set Lean Manufacturing Training Manuals and a CD-ROM of the manuals so the company can have unlimited printing and training capability.
This intensive workshop will provide the company with a detailed overview of lean manufacturing. It is by far the best “first time” lean workshop we offer and it will teach the company how to identify waste and remove it from their manufacturing processes. Topics covered will include: shop floor metrics, the 7 wastes, 5S, kaizen and kaizen events, standard work, and quality at the source. This workshop includes training and group exercises.
