Lean Champion Apprentice Program and Certification
Premise
The purpose of the Lean Champion Apprentice Program is to provide the tools needed to mold one of your perspective employees into an internal lean champion to help drive continuous improvements in your organization. This program will involve intensive lean and kaizen training, tours of facilities practicing lean, books and manuals, coaching from our consulting associates, and participation in a kaizen event. It is extremely hands on and will provide a fantastic foundation to get your lean champion moving in the right direction. Two separate travel trips will be required to receive the lean champion certification.
To provide the best service, we will only take on five participants at a time. We will even do one on one certifications as well. All training and plant tours are conducted in Bellingham, WA and nearby counties.

2nd Trip
Kaizen Event Participation (3-5 Day Kaizen Event)
Participants then return at a date and location later picked to be part of a kaizen event. This is where they can apply what they learned in the class and observed during the plant tours. It provides the best hands on approach to learning. Location could be anywhere in the US depending on kaizen events scheduled.
