The purpose of the Lean Champion Apprentice Program is to provide the tools needed to mold one of your perspective employees into an internal lean champion to help drive continuous improvements in your organization. Duration: 6 Months
This program will involve intensive lean and kaizen training, tours of facilities practicing lean, books and manuals, and coaching from our implementation associates. It is extremely hands on and will provide a fantastic foundation to get your lean champion moving in the right direction.

13 Homework Assignments
Champions in training will be required to complete 13 assignment related to the 24 hours of training. We will provide constant feedback on progress throughout.
Lead or Co-Lead a Kaizen Event and Exam
- Candidates must also lead or co-lead an improvement project based on the topics trained.
- Comprehensive Essay Exam
