Lean Champion Apprentice Program and Certification
The purpose of the Lean Champion Apprentice Program is to provide the tools needed to mold one of your perspective employees into an internal lean champion to help drive continuous improvements in your organization. This program involves intensive lean and kaizen training, tours of facilities practicing lean, books and manuals, coaching from our implementation specialists, and participation in a kaizen event.
